| Apr 2024 | ProtoDrift bordelais? I recently returned from Bordeaux  where I tested ProtoDrift  , my newly developed metric for measuring chemotherapy adherence, on a different patient population. A big thank you to the IAM team for their welcome and support. We’re validating the algorithm in a new context, with promising early results. Stay tuned for a detailed paper coming soon! |
| Feb 2024 | Accepted paper at SWAT4HCLS conference Jong Ho Jhee, who recently joined the team as a post-doc, presented our work at the SWAT4HCLS 2024 conference in Leiden ! Save the date, October 2-4: I will talk about Using an Ontological Representation of Chemotherapy Toxicities for Guiding Information Extraction and Integration from EHRs. Cherry on the cake: the paper I co-wrote with Alexandre was also selected. He will talk about the Design of an Ontology-Based Triage System for Patients with Chronic Pain. |
